Payments & Refund Policy

1. Payment Methods

We offer paid features within our Service. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Your payment information is sent directly to the processor and handled in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.

Our billing and subscriptions are managed through Creem. Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Policy

Purchases of digital services and credits are generally final and non-refundable.

2.2 Exceptions

  • Technical Issues: If an error on our side prevents you from using your credits, we may issue a full refund for unused credits.
  • Accidental Purchase: Requests are handled under the general eligibility rules below.

2.3 Eligibility Window and Usage Threshold

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Credit Usage: Credits must remain entirely unused to be eligible for a refund.

2.4 Subscription Renewals

Refunds for renewal charges follow the same conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of the renewal charge
  • Credits must remain entirely unused since the renewal
  • Otherwise, renewal charges are non-refundable

2.5 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Any credits that have been partially or fully used
  • Requests submitted after the 3-day window
  • Abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service
  • Issues outside our control or not caused by the Service
  • Duplicate requests or chargebacks through other channels

3. Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription from the Profile page:

  1. Sign in and go to the Profile page
  2. Click Unsubscribe (or Manage Subscription) to open the customer portal
  3. Complete the cancellation in the portal

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals will stop.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@ilovetranslator.ai and include:

  • Account email
  • Order number and transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for the refund request and relevant details

5. Review and Processing Time

We review refund requests within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Additional Information

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication and apply together with our Terms of Service.
