  • Commercial abuse, automated scraping without permission, or spam activities

5. Content Policy

  • You warrant that you have legal rights to the content
  • Images and translated results may be retained temporarily to support downloads and re-access; by default up to 7 days depending on plan

5.2 Generated Content

  • AI-generated translations are for your use and may be used commercially
  • We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of generated content; important documents should be verified by professionals

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

6.1 Plans and Credits

  • Paid plans may include credits, storage duration, and concurrency differences
  • Details are presented on the Pricing page and may change from time to time

6.2 Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Creem and charged at the beginning of the billing cycle
  • Prices may change; existing subscriptions are generally unaffected during the current cycle

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law; see our Refund Policy if available

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, storage, and protection. Highlights include:

  • Minimal technical data collection for reliability and abuse prevention
  • Encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS)
  • Use of trusted providers: Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare R2 for storage, Creem for payments, and AI processing providers such as Google Generative Language APIs
